Acceptance of Terms

By accessing qatar5g.net, purchasing a subscription, or utilizing any Qatar 5G Nexus service, you enter a binding legal agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our high-speed 5G infrastructure, customer portals, and digital platforms. If you are entering this agreement on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revisions. We encourage users to review this page periodically for updates.

Definitions

To ensure clarity across our documentation, specific terms carry distinct meanings. "Service" refers to all 5G connectivity products, managed network solutions, and digital assets provided by Qatar 5G Nexus. "User," "Customer," or "You" refers to the individual or entity subscribed to our services. "Infrastructure" encompasses our physical network nodes, spectrum licenses, and backend routing protocols located within Qatar Technology Park and surrounding regions.

Section 3 Liability & Termination

Limitation of Liability

Qatar 5G Nexus strives to provide uninterrupted, high-speed connectivity. However, the Service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We are not liable for interruptions, delays, or failures caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or backbone provider failures.

To the fullest extent permitted by Qatari law, our liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination & Support

You may terminate your service at any time by contacting our support team. For business customers, early termination fees may apply depending on the contract length. Qatar 5G Nexus reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if the user violates these Terms or engages in harmful network activities.
